T47n1973_p0339a04║[0339a04] 諦信淨土發心淨佛者。蓮池下種時也。一心T47n1973_p0339a05║念佛眾善莊嚴者。蓮華出水時也。念佛功成T47n1973_p0339a06║淨土緣熟。華開見佛時也。佛子事佛固先事T47n1973_p0339a07║親。拳拳孝念不捨。須臾順父母之情懷。察父T47n1973_p0339a08║母之顏色。纔乖攝養力為調和。又當念風燭T47n1973_p0339a09║不停須防往生時至。預以父母平生所修一T47n1973_p0339a10║切善緣好事及眾人助修功德。聚為一疏。時T47n1973_p0339a11║時對父母讀之。要令父母心生歡喜。又當勸T47n1973_p0339a12║令坐臥西向不忘淨土。又當東向說彌陀像。T47n1973_p0339a13║勸令一心念佛。焚香鳴磐躬率眾人同聲和T47n1973_p0339a14║之。常使佛聲相續不絕。無以世情悲戀恐失T47n1973_p0339a15║正念。臨捨報時猶當用意。自然諸聖來迎往T47n1973_p0339a16║生淨土。寶蓮花中決定成佛。孝子侍養父母T47n1973_p0339a17║正在此時不宜懈怠。此孝子事親臨終之大T47n1973_p0339a18║事也。以此為孝。其孝至矣。又況從古以來念T47n1973_p0339a19║佛往生西方者非一。略舉數條以為念佛者T47n1973_p0339a20║鑑。所以烏長國主覩眾[1][1]聖以來迎。隋文皇后T47n1973_p0339a21║乘異香而西邁。姚行婆請佛相待。宋世子侍T47n1973_p0339a22║母同歸。可謂一超直入如來地矣。

T47n1973_p0339a24║[0339a24] 慈照宗主淨土十門告誡云。念佛人臨終三T47n1973_p0339a25║疑不生淨土。一者疑。我生來作業極重。修行T47n1973_p0339a26║日淺恐不得生。二者疑。我欠人債負。或有心T47n1973_p0339a27║願未了。及貪瞋癡未息。恐不得生。三者疑。我T47n1973_p0339a28║雖念彌陀臨命終時恐佛不來迎接。有此三T47n1973_p0339a29║疑。因疑成障。失其正念不得往生。故念佛之T47n1973_p0339b01║人切要諦信佛經明旨勿生疑心。經云。念阿T47n1973_p0339b02║彌陀佛一聲。滅八十億劫生死重罪。上至一T47n1973_p0339b03║心不亂下至十念成功。接向九蓮令辭五濁。T47n1973_p0339b04║苟能心心不昧念念無差。則疑情永斷決定T47n1973_p0339b05║往生。可謂十萬億程彈指到。絲毫擬議隔千T47n1973_p0339b06║山。

T47n1973_p0339b08║[0339b08] 四關者。慈照宗主淨土十門告誡云。凡夫雖T47n1973_p0339b09║有信心念佛。緣為宿業障重合墮地獄。乘佛T47n1973_p0339b10║力故。於床枕間將輕換重。若也因病苦故悔T47n1973_p0339b11║悟身心當生淨土也。無智之人不了此事。却T47n1973_p0339b12║言。我今念佛又有病苦。反謗彌陀。因此一念T47n1973_p0339b13║惡心徑入地獄。此是一關也。二者雖則持戒T47n1973_p0339b14║念佛。緣為口談淨土意戀娑婆。不求出世善T47n1973_p0339b15║根。為愛家緣長旺以致臨終。遭病怕死貪生。T47n1973_p0339b16║信受童兒呼神喚鬼。燒錢化馬殺戮眾生。緣T47n1973_p0339b17║此心邪無佛攝護。因茲流浪墮落三塗。是二T47n1973_p0339b18║關也。三者或因服藥須用酒鯹。或[2][2]被親情T47n1973_p0339b19║遞相逼勸。此人無決定信喪失善根。臨終追T47n1973_p0339b20║赴王前任王判斷。是為第三關也。四者臨終T47n1973_p0339b21║之際思惟活業。繫綴資財愛戀眷屬。心放不T47n1973_p0339b22║下失却正念。故於家舍墮鬼趣中。已為禍T47n1973_p0339b23║[3][3]祟。或為慳犬。或作蛇身守護家庭宛如在T47n1973_p0339b24║日。是為四關也。是以楊提刑言。愛不重不T47n1973_p0339b25║生娑婆。念不一不生淨土。誠哉是言。凡脩T47n1973_p0339b26║淨土者。要當酌實蠲浮思。專想寂念念彌陀。T47n1973_p0339b27║全身放下但能堅此一念。便可碎彼四關。則T47n1973_p0339b28║淨土蓮臺的非遙矣。可謂一句彌陀無別念。T47n1973_p0339b29║不勞彈指到西方。

T47n1973_p0339c02║[0339c02] 凡修念佛之人欲生淨土。每念世間一切無T47n1973_p0339c03║常。成必有壞生必有死。若不親聞佛法。則捨T47n1973_p0339c04║身受身輪轉三界。四生六道無解脫期。我今T47n1973_p0339c05║有緣得聞正法。得修淨業唯佛為念。捨此報T47n1973_p0339c06║身當生淨土。入彼蓮胎受諸快樂。永脫生死T47n1973_p0339c07║不退菩提。此乃大丈夫平生之能事也。纔有T47n1973_p0339c08║疾病正要向前。坦蕩身心莫生疑慮。直須西T47n1973_p0339c09║向正坐專想。阿彌陀佛與觀世音大勢至菩T47n1973_p0339c10║薩。及無數化佛現在其前。一心稱念南無阿T47n1973_p0339c11║彌陀佛聲聲不絕。於諸世間一切事務。不得T47n1973_p0339c12║思念不得貪戀。若或心念起來但要急稱佛T47n1973_p0339c13║號。於念念中除滅罪障。若病人昏困不能自T47n1973_p0339c14║念。則看病人當方便警策勸而諭之。如此用T47n1973_p0339c15║心助令命盡。只此一念決定往生淨土。命若T47n1973_p0339c16║未盡自得安寧。慎勿妄起留戀世間之心。當T47n1973_p0339c17║存自存當死須死。但辦往生何須疑慮。若解T47n1973_p0339c18║此理如脫弊服以著上衣。一捨凡身便登佛T47n1973_p0339c19║地。奇哉偉哉至矣盡矣。或聞天樂異香。或見T47n1973_p0339c20║金蓮寶座。此乃聖境現前。慎勿疑為魔事。經T47n1973_p0339c21║云。修淨業者托佛願力。觀佛寶相為境故。如T47n1973_p0339c22║人近附帝王誰敢干犯[4][4]況。阿彌陀佛有大慈T47n1973_p0339c23║悲力。有大誓願力。有大智慧力。有大三昧力T47n1973_p0339c24║有大威神力。有大摧邪力。有大降魔力。有天T47n1973_p0339c25║眼遠見力。有天耳遙聞力。有他心徹鑑力。有T47n1973_p0339c26║光明遍照攝取眾生力。有如是等不可思議T47n1973_p0339c27║無量最勝功德之力。豈不能護持修行念佛T47n1973_p0339c28║之人。至臨終時令無魔障生淨土哉。可謂粉T47n1973_p0339c29║骨碎身未足酬。一句了然超百億。

T47n1973_p0340a02║[0340a02] 廬山尊者弟子僧濟臨終之際。尊者遺燭一T47n1973_p0340a03║枝曰。汝可運想西方。濟執燭注想金容攝心T47n1973_p0340a04║無亂。復請僧眾誦十六觀經。五更濟以燭授T47n1973_p0340a05║同袍遂假[1][1]寐。及寤曰。吾夢見阿彌陀佛垂手T47n1973_p0340a06║接引吾當去矣。言訖右脇而逝。此非戒定慧T47n1973_p0340a07║之所熏修。而豈能溫容軟語於生死岸頭耶。T47n1973_p0340a08║可謂得路便行無罣礙。等[2][2]閑抹過死生關。

T47n1973_p0340a10║[0340a10] 知歸子問曰。世事之大莫越生死。一息不來T47n1973_p0340a11║便屬後世。一念差錯便墮輪迴。小子累蒙開T47n1973_p0340a12║誨。念佛往生之法其理甚明。又恐病來死至T47n1973_p0340a13║之時。心識散亂仍慮他人。惑動正念忘失淨T47n1973_p0340a14║因。伏望重示歸徑之方。俾脫沈[3][3]淪之苦。師T47n1973_p0340a15║曰。善哉問也。凡一切人命終欲生淨土。須是T47n1973_p0340a16║不得怕死。常念此身多苦不淨惡業種種交T47n1973_p0340a17║纏。若得捨此穢身。超生淨土受無量快樂。解T47n1973_p0340a18║脫生死苦趣乃是稱意之事。如脫弊衣得換T47n1973_p0340a19║珍服。但當放下身心莫生戀著。凡遇有病之T47n1973_p0340a20║時。便念無常一心待死。叮[4][4]囑家人及看病T47n1973_p0340a21║人。往來問候人凡來我前。為我念佛不得說T47n1973_p0340a22║眼前閑雜之話。家中長短之事。亦不須軟語T47n1973_p0340a23║安慰祝願安樂。此皆虛花無益之語。若病重T47n1973_p0340a24║將終之際。親屬不得垂淚哭泣。及發嗟歎懊T47n1973_p0340a25║惱之聲。惑亂心神失其正念。但一時同聲念T47n1973_p0340a26║佛。待氣盡了方可哀泣。纔有絲毫戀世間心。T47n1973_p0340a27║便成罣礙不得解脫。若得明曉淨土之人。頻T47n1973_p0340a28║來策勵極為大幸。若依此者決定超生即無T47n1973_p0340a29║疑也。又問曰。求醫服藥還可用不。答曰。求醫T47n1973_p0340b01║服藥初不相妨。然藥者只能醫病不能醫命。T47n1973_p0340b02║命若盡時藥豈奈何。若殺物命為藥。以求身T47n1973_p0340b03║安此則不可。余多見世人。因病持齋方獲小T47n1973_p0340b04║愈。復為醫者以酒食血肉佐藥。其病復作信T47n1973_p0340b05║知佛力可救酒肉無益也。又問曰。求神祈福T47n1973_p0340b06║如何。答曰。人命長短生時已定何假鬼神延T47n1973_p0340b07║之耶。若迷惑信邪殺害眾生。祭祀神鬼但增T47n1973_p0340b08║罪業反損壽矣。大命若盡小鬼奈何。空[5][5]慞自T47n1973_p0340b09║惶俱無所濟切宜謹之。當以此文帖向目前。T47n1973_p0340b10║時時見之免致臨危忘失。又問曰。平生未曾T47n1973_p0340b11║念佛人還用得不。答曰。此法僧人俗人未念T47n1973_p0340b12║佛人用之。皆得往生決無疑也。余多見世T47n1973_p0340b13║人。於平常念佛禮讚發願。求生西方甚是勤T47n1973_p0340b14║拳。及至臨病却又怕死。都不說著往生解脫T47n1973_p0340b15║之事。直待氣消命盡識投冥界。方始十念鳴T47n1973_p0340b16║[6][6]鍾。恰如賊去關門濟何事也。死門事大。須T47n1973_p0340b17║是自家著力[7][7]始。若一念[8][8]若得差錯歷劫受T47n1973_p0340b18║苦。誰人相代。思之思之。若無事時當以此法T47n1973_p0340b19║精進受持。是為臨終大事。可謂一條蕩蕩西T47n1973_p0340b20║方[9][9]路徑。直歸家莫問津。

T47n1973_p0340b22║[0340b22] 宗鏡錄或問曰。心外無佛見佛是心。云何教T47n1973_p0340b23║中說有化佛來迎生諸淨土。答曰。法身真佛T47n1973_p0340b24║本無生滅。從真起化接引迷根。以化即真真T47n1973_p0340b25║應一際。即不來不去隨應物心。又化體即真T47n1973_p0340b26║說無來去。從真流化現有往還。即不來相T47n1973_p0340b27║而來。不見相而見也。不來而來似[10][10]月之頓T47n1973_p0340b28║呈。不見而見猶行雲之忽現。問如上所說。真T47n1973_p0340b29║體即湛然不動。化相即不來而來。正是心外T47n1973_p0340c01║有[11][11]他佛來迎。云何證自心是佛。答曰此乃是T47n1973_p0340c02║如來本願功德力故。令彼有緣眾生專心想T47n1973_p0340c03║念。能令自心見佛來迎。不是諸佛實[12][12]遺化身T47n1973_p0340c04║而來迎接。但是有緣時機正合。能令自心見T47n1973_p0340c05║佛來迎。則佛身湛然常寂無去無來。眾生識T47n1973_p0340c06║心[13][13]託佛本願力。一念變化有去有來。如鏡面T47n1973_p0340c07║像似夢施為。鏡中之形非內非外。夢中之事T47n1973_p0340c08║不有不無。但是心生非關佛化真。信修行之T47n1973_p0340c09║士端的是要生西方極樂世界。[14][14]專意一念持T47n1973_p0340c10║一句阿彌陀佛。只此一念是我本師。只此一T47n1973_p0340c11║念即是化佛。只此一念是破地獄之猛將。只T47n1973_p0340c12║此一念是斬群邪之寶劍。只此一念是開黑T47n1973_p0340c13║暗之明燈。只此一念是度苦海之大船。只此T47n1973_p0340c14║一念。是脫生死之良方。只此一念是出三界T47n1973_p0340c15║之徑路。只此一念是本性彌陀。只此一念達T47n1973_p0340c16║唯心淨土。但只要記得這一句。阿彌陀佛在T47n1973_p0340c17║念莫教失落。念念常現前。念念不離心。無事T47n1973_p0340c18║也如是念。有事也如是念。安樂也如是念。T47n1973_p0340c19║病苦也如是念。生也如是念。死也如是念。如T47n1973_p0340c20║是一念分明不昧。又何必問人覓歸程乎。可T47n1973_p0340c21║謂行船盡在把[15][15]梢人。達者同遊涅槃路。

T47n1973_p0340c27║[0340c27] 天竺慈雲式懺主云。前四句讚佛放光。見其T47n1973_p0340c28║光者名為見佛。能令臨命終時淨土往生。後T47n1973_p0340c29║四句讚佛修此光明之因。其因者秖是勸臨T47n1973_p0341a01║終人念佛。并示其佛像。令彼見已生信故。成T47n1973_p0341a02║佛時得此光明。[1][1]今以偈普勸信受。凡遇眷屬T47n1973_p0341a03║及一切人臨命終時。先於床前安置此像。令T47n1973_p0341a04║彼眼見及勸令念佛。若痛苦所逼。或先無信T47n1973_p0341a05║心不肯念者。亦須種種方便勸令稱佛。下至T47n1973_p0341a06║十念得滅重罪生佛淨土。此一利益不可思T47n1973_p0341a07║議。若勸得一人生淨土。縱自不修行亦合得T47n1973_p0341a08║生淨土。況當來成佛能放光明。照一切眾生T47n1973_p0341a09║臨終見佛也。多見世人為恩愛故。聚頭哭泣T47n1973_p0341a10║不思救度。是名惡知識也。苦哉苦哉。恩愛所T47n1973_p0341a11║索。墮落惡道無解脫期。雖慈親孝子亦不奈T47n1973_p0341a12║何。以此思之。可不勉哉。可謂普願沈溺諸眾T47n1973_p0341a13║生速往無量光佛剎。

T47n1973_p0341a15║[0341a15] 首楞嚴經云。佛告阿難。一切世間生死相續。T47n1973_p0341a16║生從順習死從變流。臨命終時未捨煖觸。一T47n1973_p0341a17║生善惡俱時頓現。純想即飛必生天上。若飛T47n1973_p0341a18║心中兼福兼慧。及與淨願自然心開。見十方T47n1973_p0341a19║佛一切淨土隨願往生。情少想多輕舉非遠T47n1973_p0341a20║即為飛仙。情想均等不飛不墜生於人間。想T47n1973_p0341a21║明斯聰情幽斯鈍。情多想少流入橫生。重為T47n1973_p0341a22║毛群輕為羽族。七情三想沈下水輪生於火T47n1973_p0341a23║際。受氣猛火身為餓鬼常被焚燒。水能害己T47n1973_p0341a24║無食無飲。經百千劫。九情一想下洞火輪輕T47n1973_p0341a25║生有間重生無間。二種地獄純情即沈入阿T47n1973_p0341a26║鼻獄。若沈心中有謗大乘毀佛禁戒。誑妄說T47n1973_p0341a27║法虛貪信施濫膺恭敬。五逆十重更生十方T47n1973_p0341a28║阿鼻地獄。

T47n1973_p0341b01║[0341b01] 守護國界主經云。佛言。若人命終之時預知T47n1973_p0341b02║時至。正念分明洗浴著衣吉祥而逝。光明照T47n1973_p0341b03║身見佛相好。眾善俱現。定知此人決定往生T47n1973_p0341b04║淨土。若人念佛持戒無精進心。命終亦無善T47n1973_p0341b05║相亦無惡相。地府不收安養不攝。如睡眠去T47n1973_p0341b06║此人疑情未斷。生於疑城五百歲受樂。再修T47n1973_p0341b07║信願方歸淨土。若人起憐憫心正念現前。於T47n1973_p0341b08║財寶妻子心無愛戀。眼色清淨仰面含笑。想T47n1973_p0341b09║念天宮當來迎我。耳聞天樂眼見天童。捨此T47n1973_p0341b10║報身定生天界。若人生柔軟心起福德心。身T47n1973_p0341b11║無病難憶念父母妻子。於善於惡心不錯亂。T47n1973_p0341b12║其心正直遺囑家財。辭別而去。定生人界。若T47n1973_p0341b13║人於己眷屬惡眼瞻視。舉手捫空便利不覺。T47n1973_p0341b14║身常臭穢兩目紅赤。仆面而臥踡身左脇百T47n1973_p0341b15║節酸疼。或見惡相口不能言。呻吟叫喚冤債T47n1973_p0341b16║現前心識散亂狂惑顛倒。遍體如氷。手捻死T47n1973_p0341b17║拳身硬如石。此人命終定入地獄。若人好舐T47n1973_p0341b18║其唇身熱如火常患飢渴。好說飲食張口不T47n1973_p0341b19║合。貪戀財寶命卒難斷。開眼而去。此人定入T47n1973_p0341b20║餓鬼。若人身染重病如在雲霧心神昏散。怕T47n1973_p0341b21║聞佛名多愛食噉血肉之味。不受勸化愛戀T47n1973_p0341b22║妻兒。踡手足指遍身流汗。出麁澁聲口中咀T47n1973_p0341b23║沫。此相現[2][2]淨定入畜生。

T47n1973_p0341b25║[0341b25] 凡夫業重處處貪生。若不預辦工夫臨終不T47n1973_p0341b26║剋念佛。天台十疑論云。臨終念佛名最後心。T47n1973_p0341b27║其心猛利。一念佛名即生淨土。蓋垂死時其T47n1973_p0341b28║心猛健決定故。勝百歲行力也。或問曰。臨終T47n1973_p0341b29║念佛即得往生。何假預修勝業。答曰。人生壽T47n1973_p0341c01║夭難測短長。或即病困昏迷。或即非時奄逝。T47n1973_p0341c02║既闕生前之善。難逃後世之殃。須預作於善T47n1973_p0341c03║緣。是恐防於斯咎。十種命終不剋念佛。一者T47n1973_p0341c04║善友未必相逢。二者或疾苦纏身神昏性亂。T47n1973_p0341c05║三者偏風失語不得稱名。四者狂亂失心注T47n1973_p0341c06║想難剋。五者或逢水火不暇志誠。六者輒遇T47n1973_p0341c07║虎狼驚惶倉卒。七者臨時惡友破壞道心。八T47n1973_p0341c08║者飽食過多昏迷致命。九者軍仵鬪戰忽爾T47n1973_p0341c09║身亡。十者或墜高巖傷中身命。故知臨終難T47n1973_p0341c10║保吉凶。[3][3]須是預先修習。可謂閑時做下急時T47n1973_p0341c11║用。免得臨期手脚忙。
